4. Where do we collect Personal Data?

4.1 To ensure the proper use of this website, we are required from time to time to collect your Personal Data from sources made available by you to KUS.

  • (a) When you register a User Account, we collect details of your name, company name, e-mail address and password according to your input.
  • (b) Upon your first login after creating your profile, we may request additional Personal Data from you, such as company registration number, SST registration number, address, telephone number, first and last name, Mykad or passport number, bank account details, and copies of your company statutory documents
  • (c) Other than your personal information obtained from you directly (as detailed above), we may also obtain your personal information from third parties we engaged or are connected with (utility provider, developer, consultant, contractor or authority), and from such other sources where you have given your consent for the disclosure of information relating to you, and/or where otherwise lawfully permitted.

5. What Personal Data is processed in connection with the Services?

5.1 We will process your Personal Data for different purposes. The list of purposes and legal basis for processing Your Personal Data are as follows:

  • (a) Monitoring and analysis the use of the Services by Users;
